What differentiates Polarion ALM from other similar products?

Customization is very open while maintaining a strong backbone. Doesn't feel like you are forced into a specific way of managing your project/artifacts

Customization

What do you dislike most about this product?

Steep learning curve

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure you are ready to customize everything, if this is not what you want, then a different product may be better. However if customization is wanted, then you will have a great time
