What differentiates Pricefx from other similar products?

In terms of functionality, there is not much difference in what PFX offer as compared to other vendors. The only advantage that comes to mind is the continuous improvement they make to their platform. They offer a wide range of ready-to-use accelerators which is a great feature in the tool.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Flexibility is one of the best things that PFX offers. If you have the right implementation partner, you have hit the jackpot. The tool can be configured to achieve any business requirement.

What do you dislike most about this product?

A number of modules that are marketed as out-of-the-box and easy to configure don't really work like that. A lot of intervention is required to get things moving.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a great product provided you have the following: 1. A clear idea and plan of what you want. 2. An implementation partner that understands your business. 3. Patience
