What do you dislike most about this product?

Particularly daunting are the default email preferences. Worrying email digests and promotional messages started arriving in my inbox. It may be difficult to use for someone who isn't as familiar with the software as others. Support is mediocre at best, and there are frequent bugs that cause ideas to vanish and reappear, and falsely indicate that the service is unavailable when it is not.
