What differentiates Profit.co from other similar products?

Easy to structure the OKRs in the platform Not too expensive

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Very simple to use It is a good choice to start in this OKR management world

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is a little hard (not possible) to change the late check-ins

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For the first round of OKRs 1) Start to use free 2) Structure all OKR outside profit.co (can be in a spreadsheet) 3) structure all departments in the profit.co 4) move everything to there

What differentiates Profit.co from other similar products?

The main aspect that differentiate profit.co from similar products is it's robust features and modules which includes performance management, goal tracking and rewards and recognition. Also the level of customization the product offers is unparalleled. Coming to the user friendly UI and also the knowledge hub are truly helpful. The best aspect is the customer success team whom are ready to guide and help you at anytime without hesitation. Also the ability to integrate with different applications that we already use such as slack, google suite, jira etc enhances the productivity and ease of function.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

There are so many aspects which is my favourite but mainly thr followings aspects has my most admiration. Customization Integration with other applications Data visualization and presentation Reporting User Interface Knowledge hub Rewards and Recognition module 360° Feedback Peer to Peer recognition 9 box matrix Large template of KPI's and OKR's These are a few which clearly enhances the product

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing much to dislike expect that sometimes it feels like there are lot of features in the product and have to find different ideas to use it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is an absolute go setter if you are looking to build a high performance team. The employee engagement, end to end performance management, goal setting and task tracking along with aligning the whole company with similar objectives can be efficiently done through profit.co. These all with the customization and superior customer support is a must have product for your organization
