What differentiates PROS Smart CPQ from other similar products?

PROS Smart CPQ provides a powerful engine for managing large quotes. It also includes an easy-to-use document designer based on Microsoft Word. It provides a very unique rule engine that allows you to focus on what to calculate instead of how to calculate it for complex quotes and calculations. You can manage very deep constraints between services or products with it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The PROS Smart CPQ software is "agnostic". Any CRM or ERP can be used with it. You can use it as the centerpiece of your omni-channel selling strategy. Your prospects can start on your website, then your commercial team can continue where they stopped and close the deal. Upon becoming a client, your prospect will have a personal account with specific features. This is all managed by PROS Smart CPQ.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Managing powerfull products takes time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure you define your strategy and product catalog carefully. To effectively describe your needs, review your internal processes.

What differentiates PROS Smart CPQ from other similar products?

The end-user interface is commendable pushing the client and customer experience high with the help of its Product Configuration & Catalog capabilitiies. The PROS system integrates seamlesly with CRM.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

AI driven customer specific price guidance and guided selling capabilities are one of the best in the market.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Product team support could be better.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would definitely recommend PROS Smart CPQ along with the PROS Performance Quoting (PQ) services. Easier and faster implementations and far greater performance are just few of the advantages of the PQ platform over the legacy system.
