The Arena Quality Module has allowed us to built online workflows and update to meet the changing requirements of the medical device industry and regulation.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Quality Module workflows

What do you dislike most about this product?

Reporting. Functions exist, but data needs to be exported to Excel to be made useful.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Map out the desired processes first before any customization occurs. We moved our paper process into Arena and then spent time updating the workflows to get to the process we actually wanted.

Arena is a friendly user web base and very affordable for small company, I've been using Arena since 2007 and I love it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to use and very efficient.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have not find anything that I dislike the product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're a start up company and are looking to save money on what PLM system to use, Arena is for you.
