What differentiates Pulseway from other similar products?

Pulseway creates value through it's wide array of features and useful tools while being priced well below many other competitors.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love being able to create patch policies and remotely access machines under a single program. As the only IT support staff for our organization this has freed up my time and given me peace of mind.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish remote access worked in the web browser on ChromeOS.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend going with patch management plans as they free up a lot of your time and frustrations.

Quick notification of incidents, wide variety of services covered

What do you dislike most about this product?

Notification of failed/down services is great but notification of resolved issues could be improved.
