Qlik Sense is a business intelligence (BI) and visual analytics platform that supports a range of analytic use cases. Built on Qlik’s unique Associative Engine, it supports a full range of users and use-cases across the life-cycle from data to insight – with self-service analytics, interactive dashboards, conversational analytics, custom and embedded analytics, mobile analytics, and reporting. The solution comes in three different editions - Qlik Sense Enterprise, Business, and Team. Qlik Sense can be deployed in the cloud or on-premises.

What differentiates Qlik Sense from other similar products?

Responsive User Interface. Ease of implementation and dashboard creation. Self Serve BI and Story Mode are the differentiating functionalities.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ability to provide insights from complex data sets, which lead to strategic business decisions. QlikSense has the best user interface and presentation layer. Quick and predictable implementation Good support and documentation Mobile ready and friendly

What do you dislike most about this product?

The licence gets expensive if one would like to implement additional functionalities like Report Distribution. The pricing model can also get complex according to the scenario.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

As the industry benchmark, Qlik needs to be on the shortlist if looking for business intelligence platforms.
