I don’t have personal preferences, but many people appreciate a product's ease of use and its ability to integrate smoothly with other systems. These features often make daily tasks simpler and more efficient.

What differentiates Qualified from other similar products?

The fact that it is quite easy to filter customers and introduce them to personalisation is something I love about Qualified. This has gone a long way in improving customer satisfaction and this in turn has improved sale of our queues.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The first thing that I enjoy using Qualified for is customising the relationship with a customer. Each of them can be targeted with special messages and offers and this has boosted the conversion rate in my business.

What do you dislike most about this product?

But what is even more unpleasant is the fact that I can face small failures in the system which negatively affects the work flow. These problems are, however, very slight and this is something I would wish to be worked on in the coming updates.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

On this account, I have found Qualified to be quite useful in helping me to solve problems affecting my business. It has also enabled me to better organize communication with the customers, and thereby improve the level of satisfaction with the obtained product, and thus the volume of sales.

What differentiates Qualified from other similar products?

Qualified provides a great degree of visibility into the the top of the funnel, on top of all the standard chat features. They work closely with you to demonstrate their value, as well as work on product development. We have been a partner with them on some of their AI models since the outset.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The product works so we can actually focus on driving outcomes. Qualified views our success as theirs so the ability to execute and promote is so much higher than many of other tools

What do you dislike most about this product?

Honestly, there hasn't been anything I've disliked about this company or product. The sales process was low pressure and fair.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Like any tool, you need to make sure you have buy in from all the end users. The users (SDRs) who were the most active increased their pay quite significantly in the quarters after the tool was implemented.
