You will work hand in hand with the customer success team, who thing about your goals and value propositions just as much as their workflows!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to delivers as many personalized experiences as you need, all of which can adapt to the visitors role, prior engagement, behavior on your website, and intent data from other sources.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Does take a team: your Salesforce admin, your marketers, your business development reps. But that is to be expected.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Push the capabilities to their limit, which is extensive. Use the experiences to offer value and education precisely tailored to what you know about the visitor, and they will continue to return!

The quality of support at Qualified has blown away the competitors with which I have worked previously

The easy to use analytics engine gives me real time views into the performance of my experiences as well as the sales adoption of the tool

I have no negatives to include here, I've liked everything I've used in the tool.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Engage early with the expert teams at Qualified, be transparent in your experiences and also your aspirations for your marketing team, then work together to achieve them. Baking Qualified into your strategy as a key cog rather than a supplemental piece of tech will be game-changing for your organisation.

What differentiates Qualified from other similar products?
It is one of the goos chat product that helps you to book a meeting with leads via chat.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It does a pre-qualification and creates a meeting when you are not available at that moment!
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes a bit slow with the integration with Salesforce.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a good one with customer support :)
