The short amount of time it took me to use it effectively, very easy to learn the features and implement them quickly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It would be nice if there were more options for customizing the survey look and feel

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a powerful survey tool that is easy to use, I would definitely recommend it

It has solved so many problems for us to provide a tool that we can both gather new data effectively while also providing tools for reviewing and analyzing the data and categorizing it for historical use.

It can configure the survey in many different ways

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not able to add additional owner for the survey

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is the best place to handle bulk data spread over different category
