What differentiates Qualtrics Strategy & Research from other similar products?

Overall, Qualtrics is the gold standard in survey design software. It is very easy to work collaboratively across users with different licenses which is important in an academic setting. In addition, Qualtrics has very advanced survey design functionality including the ability to include javascript code in your survey. Their customer service is also helpful when you have questions about how to implement a certain feature even if it is non-standard or not widely used and implemented.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The collaborative nature of the product with people outside of my organization. This is a must in my line of work.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Data analysis technology could be improved. Generally, I take my data out of Qualtrics in order to do advanced data analysis.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You will not regret purchasing this product since it will have everything you need and more when designing surveys.

What differentiates Qualtrics Strategy & Research from other similar products?

Ability to get customer feedback through an embedded survey within web apps

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Customization, branding and API integration

What do you dislike most about this product?

There's no way to transfer admin support once an existing admin quits the company

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Sort your admin settings right when you implement this application. I highly recommend using a generic email address rather than an individual email ID, considering the inability to transfer admin rights d permissions if that person quits

What differentiates Qualtrics Strategy & Research from other similar products?

Whats shine with the tool is the brand intelligence features. The tool helps you to understand how your business is perceived. You are also able to know where your week points so that you can address them. With the tool you are able to achieve a high customer retention rate.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Best thing with the tool is the survey features. You are able to generate different templates to allow you conduct survey from different niche. The tool integrates well with all statistical and visualization tools for secondary data manipulation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I feel that the tool would be more great if it had a standard data analytic tool. You need a third party.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To change the way you conduct your business survey, consider the tool. Its worth the investment.
