What differentiates Qualtrics Strategy & Research from other similar products?

Qualtrics has the best targeting capability out there, of every survey tool I have laid hands on. When we have used Qualtrics to create web surveys, we have successfully relied on multiple variables such as geographical location , users past behavior and segmentation data to determine who gets to see our surveys.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Qualtrics provides me with multiple mediums through which, I can share my surveys. This greatly helps increase the reach of my surveys and improves quality of feedback too.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Limited integrations in terms of what tools we can export our survey data to.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

While it is an effective surveying tool, it is also a complex tool to use, especially for beginners.

It have very large variety of features for data analysis and for dashboards. The best tool for CSAT surveys.

Dashboards

What do you dislike most about this product?

Data uploading process and inbuilt survey question types are limited

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go for it if you have less complexity surveys.

What differentiates Qualtrics Strategy & Research from other similar products?

Qualtrics is the gold standard for research, so you know that any data analysis will be robust.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to use, like the visuals that it generates. Customer service has also improved remarkably.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is a bit pricey for what it does, even though pricing has been reduced. Data generation can be unreliable though and you have to go to customer service to fix things.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a good product is you care about the quality of your data.
