Easy to implement, easy to use. This makes Revenue Grid stand out from other similar products.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
- Users can access Revenue Grid from inside Salesforce through a managed tab. - Multiple ways to add recipients (csv, Salesforce views, Salesforce records, etc.)
What do you dislike most about this product?
It can only report how many times an email is opened, but not who opens it. Sometimes, an email could be CCed to multiple recipients, and it's hard to track if the targeted recipient has opened it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Quite an easy-to-use customer engagement tool. Our sales rep love it.
