What differentiates Reward Gateway from other similar products?

One of the things that differentiates this tool from other similar ones is that it has unique characteristics such as being able to manage work performance and assign a badge to the outstanding employees of the month.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Among the things that I like about this tool is that it has multiple uses and we can use it as a means of internal communication within the company through chat. In addition to having other quite useful functionalities such as being able to create bulletin boards where we can mention event or news about the employee benefits.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Our work team is very proud and very satisfied with the benefits that we have been able to deliver to our employees and there are very few negative things to say about this tool and among them is that it does not allow me to make a backup copy of my information to see this offline, preventing me from managing worker schedules and records.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would definitely recommend it, it is one of the best alternatives on the market to let them know the workers know that we really appreciate their hard work.

What differentiates Reward Gateway from other similar products?

Their client support, advocacy for their client and the actual product are hands down, incredible. I was impressed with the product but every time I speak with my client support rep, he is showing me something new to add to the platform. They consistently exceed my expectations and go above and beyond to create a great place to work for my staff.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The transparency of the product. It’s open for everyone in the organization to participate in. This ability has increased employee engagement because they have the ability to be heard.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Please, there is nothing bad about this product, it’s amazing!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

What are you waiting for?! If you think it’s going to be difficult to implement, it is soooo not. Their implementation team is incredible, very helpful, and is with you, holding your hand the entire time. Their client support is fantastic. The product will exceed your expectations. You won’t regret anything except waiting.

What differentiates Reward Gateway from other similar products?

The people at Reward Gateway are the reason we partnered and the reason we stay! From their professional and knowledgeable sales team to the undivided attention from Client and Support teams. They are with you every step of the way during and after implementation and are always finding new ways for us to maximize the use of the platform and increase engagement.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The appeal to all levels in the organization! We consistently find new ways to market and use the tool to make sure that everyone in our organization has a chance to recognize and be recognized from any person across the business.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When using internationally, some locations do not have the broad range of rewards for employees to choose from.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

First, find your WHY. What is driving you to want to recognize your teams and associates. This helps the sales person be able to show you exactly what it is you are looking for ...then - GET THE DEMO! ... it's worth the time and then get another one for the various stakeholders. The ability to see and use the system and get all the right questions asked and answered will guarantee a long standing relationship and keep your internal customers asking for more.
