The future of communication software.

What differentiates RingEX from other similar products?
I like the interface that is attributed to shut collaboration with partners. I believe this can be a decent solution for hosting a meeting with a large variety of participants. We use Ring for all-hands and team meetings. Since I have high finish hardware in my laptop computer I’m able to use the virtual background feature which is kinda cool.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love how we’ve got a communication platform very like Slack that also contains a built-in phone system, so we don’t need to have physical phones. We are ready to get the app on our phones and take calls irrespective of wherever we are. I also fancy the controls and adaptability for conferences of over ten people. We’ve got a global remote team where multiple team syncs and cross-functional meetings can host over 10 participants. The flexibility and controls for a meeting host in these situations are pretty useful.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are occasional glitches with the software system, which may or may not be due to my organization’s network. One of the downsides of using the software is the need for sturdy WiFi and dedicated bandwidth, which may be a challenge once traveling and/or operating remotely.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
RC conferences are a feature that comes with an RC account. If you do not wish to feature the expense of another video conferencing app, RC conferences can get the duty done; however, it does need some improved options that hopefully are going to be added in the future.

What differentiates RingEX from other similar products?
RingCentral is ideal and enjoyable to use for us. The simple interface gives us a sense of control, with all vital information at the right time. This program liberates me to focus on our business model by handling all of our critical, internal, and external communications.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I enjoy that I can alter my phone number to something more identifiable for the clients I'm phoning. I also appreciate the fact that all calls are easily recorded and stored for later use. We utilize the recordings for coaching, quality assurance, and other purposes. The user interface is simple to get used to, and the MVP tool performs as expected.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When taking several calls, I'm especially concerned about the hold and release option. The screen options are not particularly user-friendly or straightforward. Sadly, they use an outsourced customer service system, which can be challenging.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
RingCentral MVP isn't problematic so far, not even at the time of initial setup. Overall, the experience has been pleasant. Our call center staff hasn't given us any harsh feedback. I recommend users that who use it after tweaking it with their requirements enjoy a more smooth and more unique user experience.
