What differentiates RingEX from other similar products?

I've only ever used RingCentral and Join.me so I don't have much to compare it to. We also only use it for phone and web conferencing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's easy to use. There are many systems out there that aren't very intuitive, but this one is. It also integrates easily with iCal and Google Calendar.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't have any dislikes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

RingCentral was created on a Zoom platform so it's about as good as it gets in comparison with anything out there. I recommend it if you need something to manage your phones/voicemail/web-conferences.

They have different levels of plans and products to fit individual business needs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

User friendly. It is easy for some of our more technologically challenged people to use and figure out.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can get pricey and the fact that it seems to work better on a computer vs. mobile device.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure you find the plan the best fits your needs so you aren't overpaying for some features you will never use.
