What differentiates RingEX from other similar products?
As our corporation works on a global scale, we want effective cloud-based communications that expand as our business moves more and more toward more versatile workplaces and RingCentral did this amazingly. One of its greatest advantages is its scalability so that we can confidently use it for global or hybrid teams, no matter where our members are located.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is a potent, modular, immersive, and convenient system and this gives us the flexibility to stay connected with our teams and clients from anywhere and on any device. Saving money on energy costs and antiquated workplace phone equipment can be possible with this. RingCentral is an all-inclusive platform with softphone, fax, messaging, conference capabilities, and the compatibility of all these functions.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It took a long time for our business to establish its initial Hotline. There are indeed persistent interoperability faults when the software abruptly goes away. We also find it challenging to upgrade this software whenever there is a new release.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
RingCentral is one of the most preferred choices for both small businesses and major corporations. RingCentral is a highly scalable system. Regardless of where your team puts on their headsets to start working, workflows can be streamlined by adding phone lines and additional capabilities to your current UCaaS and phone infrastructure.

The Mobile UI could be more intuitive. Sometimes its hard to find out commonly used buttons in it.

What differentiates RingEX from other similar products?
Ring Central could be closely compared to a Microsoft E5 subscription plan without the high price. Once you load this app on a laptop and cell phone, the boundaries of the office disappear.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The best part of RingCentral is the mobility. I can do everything from my cellphone or laptop. I don't have to be tied to the office or a desk, I can work from anywhere. You can make and receive calls on your cellphone without giving away your personal phone number. You can setup distinctive ring tomes to differentiate personal calls from work calls. Custome greetings, working hours, etc - the list goes on and on.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some users find the video interface more confusing that something like Microsoft Teams.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Just try it - you will find that the product pays for itself quickly. If you are on a legacy phone system, giving your users the freedom of mobility while reducing costs is a major win-win.
