By automating payroll, benefits, and time tracking, it truly makes life easy by taking away the pain of manual HR tasks. IT management is also simple: I received my company laptop already configured, and software access was granted immediately. Expense reimbursements are quick and painless, saving me from unnecessary delays. Rippling centralizes employee information; hence, access to pay stubs, tax documents, and benefits is in one place. What do you dislike most about this product?

Honest to goodness, I was super satisfied with Rippling! It made HR, IT and payroll run like greased lightning and it did everything with remarkable efficiency. Everything was made easy by its integration, automation, and simple interface, so I never had to struggle much to understand it. Otherwise, I would say that it fully fit my business needs. If I'm nitpicking, perhaps it took a bit of time for me to learn all of its features-but after that it was really easy. All in all Rippling definitely exceeded expectations, and I don't really have any complaints!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ensure you try out all features initially; there is an initial setup learning curve, but it is time well spent. If Rippling comes to mind, take time to familiarize yourself with the modules it has, such as payroll, benefits, device management, and HR automation. It is a highly capable platform that does it all; however, the setup is sometimes intimidating. So make sure that your team is aligned and trained during onboarding such that optimizing its usage will be feasible. Automations and integrations save a ton of time later, after they are set up.
