My favorite aspect of Rippling Spend is its deep integration with HR and payroll systems, which allows for automated spend controls tied directly to employee roles, departments, and onboarding/offboarding processes. This creates a seamless, policy-driven approach to managing expenses and issuing corporate cards—something that most standalone spend management tools can't offer

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike most about Rippling Spend is that its extensive feature set can make onboarding and setup complex, especially for smaller teams or companies without a dedicated IT or finance admin. Navigating the system and configuring the granular controls may require significant time and support, which can be a hurdle for quick implementation.

What differentiates Rippling Spend from other similar products?

Rippling has added many of its hr modules through third party acquisitions, rippling modules are all built in house and fully integrated. This creates a consistent user experience whether running payroll requesting PTO or creating a custom report.

Rippling's modules are built in house and fully integrated. This creates a good user experience creating a custom report and also using the special benefits such as payroll and unique employee benefits.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Iam fully satisfied with the product and I don't have any issues or suggestions regarding the product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is best in its features in comparison with the other competitive products, it's unique features made it the best for the purchase.
