What differentiates Rippling from other similar products?
I’m not sure as I’ve not used many other products but I’m sure that it’s among the best apps out there that makes it easy for users to understand payroll and see their benefits from a ground zero level
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The several ways you can customize and make Ripping work for you, from widgets you can display or not display, from preferences you can set within the app, etc. It’s so easy to use and aesthetically appealing!
What do you dislike most about this product?
There seem to be some limitations on what managers can override within Rippling if they disagree with how it’s set up. For example, I tried to request time off of work within the first 90 days of my technical employment with my company, and even though I had been with that company for about about a year before (contracted), Rippling still treated me like I didn’t have the right to ask for PTO, even though my managers didn’t mind at all!
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Definitely talk with a support team or anyone selling the product before you buy as they will probably help you get a better understanding of if Rippling will work for your business needs or not! Everyone at Rippling seems friendly and knowledgeable, so I can’t recommend talking to them enough!

One place for all of employees need 1. Turning a contractor to an employee - you have rippling 2. EOR on multiple currencies/countries 3. Comp and benefits 4. Leaves-Hiring - Employee reviews 5. Documents around pay/EOR/Bonus
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing so far - i am enjoying it. I dont think it lacks anything
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Just get faster, its easy , nice UI, best if you have employees in diff parts of the world
