What differentiates Rippling from other similar products?
The support when an issue arises is quick and efficient. The product itself is user friendly even for those who are not tech minded.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
How quickly I can process payroll and the integration of time and attendance with the payroll.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I cannot think of something I dislike.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would suggest they integrate at the beginning of the year. There were issues with my company attempting to integrate during the year that caused extra work for both myself and Rippling.

What differentiates Rippling from other similar products?
Unlike others, Rippling is an all-in-one solution that integrates HR, Payroll, Team Management, Employee Benefits, Analytics and Various IT Support. There are numerous useful third-party applications that can be integrated with this system. YOU ONLY NEED ONE-TIME LOGIN/CHECK-IN TO USE ALL OTHER PRODUCTIVITY TOOLS from Browsers, to Data Sourcing etc.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Effective Employee Work Evaluation Employee Benefits Multiple Third-party software integrations Easy to Understand and Use Very Affordable
What do you dislike most about this product?
Initially you need to take a lot of time to learn about this platform and only then can you understand it and can make good use of it. It is easy to understand but it takes a lot of effort from the vendor representative to teach you all you need to know.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are running a multi-national company, and Hybrid working set up, you most definitely need Rippling. Their onboarding process is so easy, their staff is very intelligent and cooperative and very patient. Just go for it, and I promise you will like the experience.

What differentiates Rippling from other similar products?
Rippling's customer support team has been fantastic, including their help articles to allow payroll people to easily use the product. We are only scratching the surface of the products capabilities as we are a small company.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
auto filing of reports with relevant regulatory authorities.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Lack of specific payroll tax information for Puerto Rico
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Ensure they have a full understanding of the payroll tax rules for your jurisdiction.
