What differentiates Rippling from other similar products?

Ability to provide multiple tools in 1. IT can use Rippling to track, configure and issue laptops and other equipment. AP teams can administer payroll and HR can track benefits enrollment. On the user side, employees only have to login to 1 platform to update their information, see org charts, access pay stubs and other benefits information.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease of use and functionality make this a great tool!

What do you dislike most about this product?

No dislikes currently. Very innovative and intuitive tool

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I have used other tools but they create disparate systems and are not as intuitive. Great all in 1 tool for IT, HR, Finance and employees.

What differentiates Rippling from other similar products?

The support when an issue arises is quick and efficient. The product itself is user friendly even for those who are not tech minded.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

How quickly I can process payroll and the integration of time and attendance with the payroll.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I cannot think of something I dislike.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would suggest they integrate at the beginning of the year. There were issues with my company attempting to integrate during the year that caused extra work for both myself and Rippling.

Ease of understanding and concise explanations. No confusion to be had for the most part

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The clear and effective breakdown of paychecks and the celebration of pay

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some confusion on asking me to set up my insurance more than once. I had already set up my benefits, but Rippling was still asking me to set it up again on a different task unnecessarily.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Don't be afraid to use it! This will likely integrate smoothly into your environment between users and administrators.
