I like the preview payroll feature, it clearly identifies the changes from the prior payroll

Limitations to access reports based on user access.

What differentiates Rippling from other similar products?

Rippling is friendly without being over the top. The UI is intuitive, so working within the platform is fast and efficient, I can always find what I need in the dashboard. Rippling also provides helpful support and resources to make completing necessary tasks like health insurance enrollment less of a headache.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Engaging UI

What do you dislike most about this product?

My one small complaint would be that the menu has separate buttons for the icons and the labels, but they go to the same place. It's a small inconsistency, because I keep thinking that the icon and the label are distinct links.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a great product for employee management and support, coming from an end-user experience, especially for remote teams.
