What differentiates Rippling from other similar products?

Rippling has an excellent support, whether it's Rippling support or our assigned account manager! They are very quick to reach out and work with us to find solutions to any issue we bring up. I've even received calls from Rippling where they were reaching out to teach us how to more effectively use the features in a quick 30 minute video-call.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Robust HR and payroll features! Working with payroll specifically, Rippling has everything we need to ensure compliance, to track labor cost, and of course to make sure everyone is paid correctly and on time. There are a lot of areas and ways to check the accuracy of all the information flowing into the payroll fields. I appreciate the customizable payroll reports that help me narrow in on any discrepency before payroll is finalized.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's hard to find something to dislike about Rippling, because it seems like they are constantly improving their service and eliminating pain points. However, something I could use a little work is app integration. We integrate Rippling with Quickbooks Online and it works great, but I'd like to see even more customizations with mapping.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Have an honest conversation with a contact from Rippling about your business needs and limitations. They are friendly, very customer-oriented, and honest about what their software can and can't provide. Even if they can't provide something right now, there's a good chance that they have a new feature in development that may address those needs.

My favorite aspect of Rippling is how seamlessly it automates tasks across HR, IT, and finance—like onboarding new employees, running payroll, and assigning apps or devices—all in one place. It saves time and reduces manual errors.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There’s nothing major to dislike, but minor improvements like better customization and deeper reporting would make it even more efficient.

If you're considering Rippling, make sure to explore all its modules—HR, IT, and Finance—to get the most value. Take time to set up workflows properly, and involve key teams early for a smooth rollout. It's especially great for growing companies that want everything in one place.
