What differentiates Rippling from other similar products?

Overall its a great tool from where our HR systems have upgraded and I see a lot of steady adaption within the Organisation. So it's a win-win.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The best part I personally appreciate about this platform is its two factor authentication and the way it is connected with a Google Authenticator. The UI is also very easy to navigate and give a summary of details in one go

What do you dislike most about this product?

The tool should adapt to SMART goals and also have Upward feedback option and Kudos for peers option

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great value to the investment. Give it a Go
