Notifies us if there is a problem with a log in or out, Notifies us when we get paid, Keeps all of our time off requests and approvals/denials in one spot and organized
What do you dislike most about this product?
Being able to edit missed or wrong punches without having supervisor override, Notifying us of something missed when filling out employee benefits,
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're looking for a program that has "it all" Rippling is the one! Payroll, HR, Time tracking!

What differentiates Rippling from other similar products?
What makes Rippling stand out from other similar products is how it combines HR and IT management all in one place. While other tools focus mainly on things like payroll or employee records, Rippling goes further by helping with device management and software access, making it easier to manage your entire workforce.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of Rippling is definitely its automation. It saves so much time by handling tasks like employee onboarding, payroll, and benefits enrollment without needing constant manual input. Everything runs smoothly and efficiently, and I don’t have to worry about mistakes or delays
What do you dislike most about this product?
Rippling can feel a bit overwhelming at first. With all the features and customization options, it takes some time to get fully comfortable with the platform. For new users or smaller teams, it might feel like there’s a lot to learn at once.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're considering Rippling, I’d recommend taking the time to really explore all its features and take advantage of the training resources they offer. The platform can be a bit overwhelming at first, so getting familiar with the layout and options will save you time later. Also, make sure you understand how automation works in Rippling, as it’s one of the key benefits and can really help streamline your workflows.

What differentiates Rippling from other similar products?
From past experience with products with very obsolete interfaces, it is a delight to come around a tool like Rippling, that made things 100% manageable and easy to use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Everything is so easy to find, and the visual icons are great, and they help you identify the features without much effort.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Our payroll used to be processed a day earlier and after Rippling was introduced, that changed and posed a small challenge.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are looking for a product that will improve your company's productivity in the work force management area Rippling is just what you may be looking for. From my personal exposure to it, I see how much higher the quality is compared to many names out in the market.
