What differentiates Rippling from other similar products?

I used paycom in the past and it was clunky. I always experienced login issues.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Tracking my benefits, 401k integration, and the org chart.

The multi-factor authentication was bothersome but privacy is important.

What differentiates Rippling from other similar products?

What sets Rippling apart is how it seamlessly combines HR, IT, and payroll into one platform. Unlike other tools that focus on just one area, Rippling automates everything—from onboarding and payroll to device management and app access—all in a single system. I love how easy it is to set up new hires in just minutes, without juggling multiple platforms. Plus, its integrations with 500+ apps save so much time. It’s super flexible and scalable, but it does take some time to learn—still, the automation makes it worth it!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Rippling has a unique feature of providing the option to have salary in different accounts. So if I wish to have my salary credited in parts to different bank accounts so that I can mange my investment account, my savings accounts in parallel then i can do that just my directly filling the details of my multiple bank accounts and then assigning the amount which I want to deposit in the specific accounts. This saves a lot of time for me to just get my investments done automatically on a particular date.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike most about Rippling is that while it’s an incredibly powerful platform, it can get expensive fast as you add more modules. The pricing isn’t always clear upfront, and smaller businesses might find it costly compared to standalone HR or payroll tools. Also, there’s a bit of a learning curve—it took me some time to fully navigate all the features. Customer support can be hit-or-miss; sometimes they’re quick, but other times responses take longer than expected. Overall, it’s a great tool, but not perfect for every business.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're considering Rippling, I’d recommend really thinking about what features you need—it’s powerful but can get pricey if you add too many modules. Take advantage of the free demo to see if it fits your workflow. If you’re switching from another system, expect a bit of a learning curve, but once you get the hang of it, the automation is a game-changer. Also, if you have a global team, check how well Rippling supports your specific needs, especially for benefits administration. Overall, it’s a great tool if you fully use what it offers!
