What differentiates Robin from other similar products?

Robin provides great integrations and analytics on desk/space usage, as well as the ease of setup.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Robin is the ease of use for end users as well as the wonderful support provided from our Account Manager, Abby!

What do you dislike most about this product?

Robin doesn't have every capability we'd like, but many are being addressed in their roadmap!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I'd recommend giving Robin a shot due to the ease of use and setup, and the great integrations that are available!

Workspace Maps/Floorplans View floorplans from an interactive map to visualize capacity, customize desk assignment types (assigned, flexible etc.), and view availability.

Workflows and Notifications Ability to automate cleaning notifications, scheduling and other key messaging.

Multi Device Capability Book using mobile, tablet, desktop, kiosks or via a web portal.

Space Descriptions Ability to add attributes to spaces such as location, lighting, equipment, etc.

Dashboards and Reporting Look up profile information, space planning insights, booking reports, adoption rates, real-time occupancy data.
