What differentiates Robly from other similar products?
We made the switch to Robly because its prices were far lower than those of competing mass email providers, and its user interface made it simple to create professional-looking emails. Unique features (at the time) included a web-browsable email archive, automatic publishing to social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter, and automatic resending to recipients who did not initially view the message. Split-Body Email Testing. Given that we were a part of the project from the beginning, the customer service team was fast to address our concerns and rectify the issues we discovered.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Robly has been an invaluable tool in the expansion of my marketing strategy, allowing me to quickly and easily send out mass emails. Emails designed with this platform's templates are perfect in every way; they give my business a polished look and feel, which my consumers enjoy when communicating with me about our services and goods. Patient practice is required at first, but once mastered, the tool is straightforward to operate. There was never any difficulty in upgrading to a premium plan on Robly, and the price was always reasonable.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is zero improvement with this update. You can't change the caption on a photo, you can't even change the order of the selections, and you can't edit the HTML... You can't get in touch with Technical by dialing their phone number directly; instead, you must leave a message or schedule a callback with them. Trying to find something now is a source of stress due to this update's lack of intuitiveness. It's almost as if the arrangement of the choice was done on purpose as a cruel prank.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
In a heartbeat, I'd suggest Robly to my coworkers. I've been using Robly for almost six years, and it's improved my life in countless ways. We can quickly integrate their forms into our website, and it helps us keep track of our connections. Pricing-wise, Robly is head and shoulders above competing email systems. In spite of the program's slightly antiquated aesthetic, I have all I require and more.
