What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Most password managers can save logins — that’s table stakes. But RoboForm is exceptionally good at handling complex forms: multi-field logins, non-standard field names, dropdowns, checkboxes — even some older or janky websites that other tools struggle with. And it lets you save multiple identities with different profiles (personal, work, family) to fill them in instantly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

NOTHING MUCH

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

RoboForm offers a free tier with core functionality. One of RoboForm’s strongest features is its detailed form-filling via "Identities. RoboForm supports imports from most major password managers and browsers. If you're not a solo user, RoboForm’s family and business plans are super affordable.

What differentiates RoboForm Password Manager from other similar products?

RoboForm might not win beauty contests, but it’s a dependable, no-nonsense password manager that punches above its weight in form-filling and business-level tools. If you're looking for rock-solid performance at a great price—and can deal with an interface that looks like Windows 7 is still king—it’s a strong contender.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I appreciate the security of the app the most. Ease of use and the ability to store safe notes for that information that doesn't fall into a "Password" category.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't like the mobile app. It is not very user friendly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would highly recommend RoboForm to anyone considering the product.
