What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The time saving features and connections with tools as Zip Recruiter

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some incompatibility in some apple computers with safari to run correctly the software and allow the pop ups

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely recommend to let ADP manage the time and attendance and payroll for the employees. Also enrolling 401K retirement benefit to deduct and offer to employees.

What differentiates RUN Powered by ADP from other similar products?

Easy access to a database that includes information on payroll procedures and regulations; easy to use web interface; Information about past and present patrols saved in the cloud, which can be accessed when necessary; Customer service responds quickly to questions and provides automatic reminders of upcoming filing and processing deadlines.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Thanks to RUN Powered by ADP, we can now optimize our payroll process using a single platform that integrates time tracking, training and onboarding. Employees can be more accountable for discrepancies when they can see their own timesheets and we can enter them directly into payroll. It also helps us streamline our new hire tasks by allowing us to assign responsibilities for new hires to complete their training and onboarding.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Time and attendance are the features of RUN Powered by ADP that I don't like the most. This feature is useful for our payroll as it allows us to import employee hours directly into our weekly paycheck. However, it is somewhat outdated.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I supervise an independent company with no accounting experience and little knowledge of technology. My meter uses RUN with ADP technology. I would not consider going anywhere else for my business needs. Their customer support is always just a call away, and they often provide helpful tips, reminders, and additional services before I even realize I can use them. My company's operations have greatly improved with RUN Powered by ADP.
