activation for sales nav often confuses reps bc they think they need to create a separate account. wish there was a way to automatically implement for reps in bulk

be sure your reps don't create dupe accounts when signing up

It leverages LinkedIn which no other company has the ability to do so it's truly a unique product.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
builiding org charts, researching contacts for prospecting and pre call, getting updates with customers, tons of things are great about this product
What do you dislike most about this product?
feels like they could do way more with their data but battle privacy
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you sell to mid market or enterprise, you should have it. Less important for SMB or for industries where your customers are absolutely not on LI (which is getting smaller)
