What differentiates Salesforce Chatter from other similar products?

Its inclusive nature makes it an excellent medium for expanding social circle. Excellent tool for remote employees.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Group and collaboration key features are outstanding.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Cannot use this outside of the CRM environment

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The app is free if you already have a Salesforce account but If you don't it is charged. Can be made free for wider reach

Salesforce chatter Ui experience is better compared to other similar products, and it is lightweight.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We can share the important data with our team members and can communicate with them can share files as well which builds the interaction in a best possible way.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing at the moment everything looks good.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Salesforce is a dominating in CRM tool so they are good in technology, so can go with this product.

Salesforce Chatter offers a wide array of BIM features unlike Google Chat.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

How it allows me to create unlimited communication channels under one roof.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What it doesn’t offer it enhances it via integration with external apps.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To save time when sending large files online and sending direct messages, I would recommend Salesforce Chatter.
