What differentiates Salesforce Marketing Cloud from other similar products?

Unlike other solutions that are very complicated to set up, this one is easy to use and to track leads and filter email lists, It is a good online tool for preparing marketing campaigns.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

User friendly UI design, low maintenance, excellent integration with zendesk, with other CRM's and other platforms, Personalization and monitoring.

What do you dislike most about this product?

A bit expensive for small organizations.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

it is suitable for large companies that send emails in bulk or continuously. it is quite expensive for small companies that do not do mass marketing.

With the sales and marketing automation capability of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, we are able to handle a higher volume of leads and turn more of them into customers without needing to increase the size of our sales team

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Tracks interactions for an overview of our customer journey, giving us access to all relevant info about each contact and account. It helps create segmented lists and customise content based on where each contact is in the sales cycle and our previous interactions with them

What do you dislike most about this product?

The system is not easy to navigate and seems complex to new users who require weeks of training to get to work with the system. The system should deliver the usability we need

Salesforce Marketing Cloud will save you more time than it costs, and this is the kind of business it's really designed for. It might be the one tool that will provide everything you need in a single piece of software

What differentiates Salesforce Marketing Cloud from other similar products?

The ability to generate incredibly detailed reports from almost any data we have is one of its main benefits. Because of this, it is extremely easy to determine where we are with our marketing initiatives right now and where we must proceed in order to succeed. Another benefit is how simple it is to launch fresh campaigns at a second’s notice.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Data processing and email scheduling are two of Salesforce's most useful tools. As a result, even when you're at the phase of brainstorming, using the drag and drop feature is very simple. The Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Email Studio's connection is the most crucial and useful element as it aids in both marketing and sales.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Finding the synchronizing can be difficult. I believe that the UI could be simpler to use or simpler for a beginner to grasp, and I discovered that the program itself does not contain any useful materials. When connecting to Salesforce and performing maintenance, you occasionally require outside assistance.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Our answers to survey fills and the ability to gather more data have been made possible thanks to Salesforce Account Engagement. It's good that we can turn these visitors into prospects in Salesforce. With the aid of its user engagement, we are able to better manage the website form fill-ins and turn them into leads on Salesforce so that our representatives may contact them. Overall we are having a great experience as it's a useful tool.
