What differentiates Salesforce Marketing Cloud from other similar products?

The artificial intelligence (AI) function of Salesforce Marketing Cloud is very useful since it allows us to obtain nearly all the data of the suspects or prospects. This marketing automation solution is helping us greatly in creating new leads and executing marketing campaigns. Integrating it into a website is simple, and the artificial intelligence behind it handles the rest.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The fact that it is incredibly configurable, versatile, and quick to set up is fantastic. After working in sales for a while, I can say that Salesforce is among the most adaptable CRMs I've used. Changes can be made in a number of ways, including the introduction of new features and the removal of old ones, as well as the creation of new fields and objects. I really appreciate how the Salesforce AppExchange allows me to personalize the CRM for my company.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One thing that bothers me about SalesForce is that I don't think it would be beneficial for a small business with fewer than 80 people. This is an enterprise-grade system intended to manage complex enterprises independently. Outside of that minor issue, it's the greatest customer relationship management system I've ever used.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

My employer provides a shared office area where different businesses may network with one another. With the help of Salesforce Loyalty M., we can design client interactions that boost recommendations from satisfied customers and other forms of social proof.
