What differentiates Salesforce Marketing Cloud from other similar products?

Integration with all the major social platforms and being able to integrate with your Salesforce Core CRM to manage Lead Lifecycle Management and helps in avoiding duplicate data

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Segmentation principles available in the product and also enables you to build domain reputation over a period of time by following the best practices in selecting the audience, which subject is more likely to invoke the response from the recipients, providing subscription management services, etc.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is still a lot of room to grow in terms of sending a bulk emails out and email response tracking and being able to report on them.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You will have to evaluate the product and its role in your whole IT ecosystem considering CRM and its compatibility with your marketing cloud platform

What differentiates Salesforce Marketing Cloud from other similar products?

Salesforce Marketing Cloud makes a huge difference for the clients using it and handles both B2B/B2C communication. It helps us to grab a lot of new projects and win a lot of deals in the pipeline. Salesforce Marketing Cloud works as a great tool with a lot of features and easiness to create personalized/ dynamic emails, cloud pages, and landing pages and saves a lot of time and meet the deliverability.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Email and marketing automation Data management Dynamic content

What do you dislike most about this product?

The platform is extremely complex You will require at least one employee dedicated to setting it up and maintaining the platform Customer support is not great

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Salesforce Marketing Cloud can be set up to serve industries and companies of any size. However, it can be very costly, so we typically recommend it to our larger clients. SFMC has a great a-la-carte style selection of add-on features, meaning it is easy to tailor it to your specific needs, and it is a platform that can evolve with your company, meaning it is not a tool that your organization will outgrow. If you're big on reporting, the analytics offering is quite robust.

The interface could be more intuitive, but with platforms as powerful and customizable as this, compromises sometimes need to be made.
