Salesforce Marketing Cloud offers a free demo so that one is aware of what they are getting into before purchasing it. It also has many features.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Salesforce Marketing Cloud is automated publishing. After selecting your target customers, you set the emails you would like to send to them which are then sent are the set time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have no dislike for Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend Salesforce Marketing Cloud to firms that would like to improve their customer relations by managing their clients through emails or reports.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud enhances customer relations management by storing all the data for clients. It is easy to use and has an eye appealing interface.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that Salesforce Marketing Cloud supports all browsers and can be accessed freely from anywhere provided there is stable internet connection. Managing email deliverability and content for marketing in the cloud.

What do you dislike most about this product?

So far, everything is intact with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, i cannot complain at all.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Consider working with third-party consultants in case they don't have internal developers.

I don have any dislike for the product since I used it for a short period of time.
