Easy powerfull tool with user friendly interface

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Simple interface and clarity. Possibility to switch between 2 modes depending on the utility or the display needed
What do you dislike most about this product?
Well 2 modes are possible the classical view and another one (i never succeed to have the name), some features are not present in one or another and finally I cant stay in only one mode and must jungle between them. Some features are not intuitive and you need help to find them. So the complexity is in finding the feature and not working with. Also some time, I think that support is not efficient specially when you have login issues.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you want to simplify things, use Sales Force. If you want to centralize and share information between people use sales force. And if you need automation actions and easy monitoring use sales force too. Don't forget saving time with this tool.
