What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Professional from other similar products?
I have mainly used Salesforce, and I couldn't go without it. It is the perfect place for all my contacts and account-level data.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favourite aspect is the integration with other software, and the ease of use to update and find contacts.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is at times slow to load new pages/records.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you have a large base of contacts or accounts it makes sense to buy Salesforce if you can afford it.
