The training is some of the best and easiest to follow. Users can start up from day 1 and learn the system without much of learning curve. The support community is top notch and provides a ton of help and feedback when you need a problem solved or are looking for feedback on the best way to accomplish a task.

Salesforce's automation capabilities empower businesses to streamline and optimize their sales processes, saving time and enhancing productivity. With Salesforce Automation, tasks such as lead routing, email notifications, and opportunity updates can be automated, reducing manual effort and increasing efficiency. Workflow rules allow for automatic triggers based on specified criteria, automating repetitive tasks and ensuring consistent follow-up. Salesforce is awesome in automating the contract lifecycle. It's not just about storing contracts - it actively tracks milestones and renewal dates

The initial user onboarding can be complex. This complexity caught up with us during a time-sensitive lead follow-up where some team members struggled to swiftly locate and update critical lead information
