What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud from other similar products?

The best part about Sales Cloud enterprise is the mass amount of data that we can manage. From running reports to tracking data, this is the best system for it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love creating dashboards. The initial learning can be tough, but once you get used to the features, it's a smooth process

What do you dislike most about this product?

To be honest, the text and sometimes layout of the product can get frustrating to look at since it is a lot of the same.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Learn how to make a report and then go from there. This will be a time saver
