Customization requires expertise – While Salesforce is highly flexible, making advanced changes often requires a developer or consultant, adding to the total cost.

Has lead generation capture form templates to easily capture leads on websites and also comes integrated with all pipelines and sales managements unlike other software
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I do appreciaite the solution ease of use and customisation of leads generation forms with custom fields to capture more use data
What do you dislike most about this product?
Have not seen any issue with the solution yet, works well for me and am statisified
