What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud from other similar products?
Streamlines business process by giving tine to scale the processes. Report and dashboard that allow sales managers to track key sales figure along with sales reps' performance. Sales path that allow sales manager to define the sales process and makes it easily manageable.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Tracking of team performance within a single dashboard. Saving time by automating manual tasks. Increased opportunities by reaching more leads , faster. Take-up drag and drop functionality via the sales cloud license salesforce allow you to change and automate our commercial activities.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Connectivity with OS365 is limited and cumbersome to configure.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a great CRM that i highly recommend its use for your solution 10/10

What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud from other similar products?
The best part regarding salesforce is that the customization abilities, and that we can customise according to our sales process, business needs, involvement of various teams, and whatnot. It’s extremely versatile in that sense, though the setup could be a very little tough and might take quite little bit of time. It supports integrations with nearly each major software system out there.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It’ simple to customise Salesforce into what you wish for your business—staying on task, creating views and dashboards organized as a team and company. It’ the simplest CRM out there. The Lightning UI is currently a lot of powerful than ever. Our end-users now have the chance to report and explore sales information with simply a number of clicks and intuitive graphics. Salesforce CRM is straight to the purpose on the surface but also can permit you to deep dive and acquire artistic with reportage and analytics.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Building reports will generally be discouraging if you haven’t had the right coaching and enablement. Most users can figure it out independently, however, it’s going to take longer. If you don’t return from an information background, it may be a challenge. However, the chance to create custom dashboards remains a really helpful and cooperative feature.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you’re on the fence regarding adopting the system, do it. If you wish to stay up with the times and permit your groups to succeed with analytics that supports their actions or point out desires for change, this can be the system for you. Most tech corporations use SFDC, so in terms of however it compares to it’ competitors…well, it doesn’t. It blows all out of the water! There’ a reason everyone else is using it, don’t be left within the dust!

the difference is that it is an accessible tool and its functions are more customer-oriented than anything else

the sales processes are analyzed so that the professional users of the tool can visualize everything and create their sales plans oriented to the company's growth process

There are no features that I don't like. On the contrary, I think it's a good tool.
