What differentiates Salesken from other similar products?

It excels in giving seamless integration capabilities to streamline workflow without any interruption by integrating with powerful CRM platforms. It keeps analyzing the sentimental behavior of users during the conversation, which provides us vision of the customers. This enables us to improve our current and future strategies based on customer behavior.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really like the way it generate efficient reports. Another aspect which sets it apart is its ability to behavioral insights. It focuses on emotional and behavioral cues, which helps me to realize not about what is said but also how it is received. Through its real-time guidance, it empowers us to deliver actionable feedback during a live sales interaction, such an approach is incredibly impactful for boosting our outcomes. Moreover, it is an efficient tool that has made very easy to integrate with CRM.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The limited customization. The analysis and AI suggestions, though beneficial at the same time, seem unlimited in fulfilling the needs of our industry. These aspects should be improved to ensure smooth working environments.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Keep your focus on key performance indicators. Such as average deal sizes, customers' emotional trends, and conversion rates. Monitoring these metrics closely will help you swiftly in tracking the impact of this software on your workload.
