It focuses on emotional and behavioral cues, which helps me to realize not about what is said but also how it is received. Through its real-time guidance, it empowers us to deliver actionable feedback during a live sales interaction, such an approach is incredibly impactful for boosting our outcomes. Moreover, it is an efficient tool that has made very easy to integrate with CRM.

The limited customization. The analysis and AI suggestions, though beneficial at the same time, seem unlimited in fulfilling the needs of our industry. These aspects should be improved to ensure smooth working environments.
