What differentiates Salesloft from other similar products?
Salesloft differentiates itself with personalization and customization. Both for the software user and also, that it highly encourages personalization with every interaction with sales prospects.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of Salesloft is the automation tool. It's nice to "set it and forget it" in terms of follow up. I enjoy peace of mind knowing I am reaching out to potential customers in a timely manner and can get to my other tasks more quickly. I feel more efficient using Salesloft.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only downside of Salesloft is the phone dialer. Working in Business Development, I find Salesloft to be sort of slow, calling one person at a time and then listening to a prospect's voicemail, listening for the beep and then dropping in my pre-recording voicemail. I highly prefer a dialer like Orum, where I can dial many numbers at one time and if the prospect doesn't pick up, I am already on to another phone call because Orum will listen for the beep and automatically drop in my voicemail.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Salesloft is a great tool for Account Executives. It helps you give your top prospects the attention they deserve. But what about Business Development professionals working the top of the sales funnel? I find the software doesn't totally fit with my BD efforts. It's not a one stop shop for me, sadly. While I use it daily, I find the focus on hyper personalization a bit limiting for me, so I have to combine using it with many other tools to get my job done. I wish Salesloft could be customized more for mass outreach, to fit the daily tasks of a BD. I agree personalization is better, but it's not always what I need to set meetings.

What differentiates Salesloft from other similar products?
It's my daily tool for calling, emailing and following up with my leads. Used together with Salesforce as my CRM, this tool, unlike others, met our expectations.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Easy to use, clean and relatively intuitive interface, Email automation is efficient and helpful. allows templates to be shared between different teams, Standardized call layouts take the guesswork out of what happened on a call and ensure everyone is on the same page
What do you dislike most about this product?
no good Outlook Integrations It doesn't show all activity on the account if it happens outside of the Salesloft cadence.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The system works well for managing direct rep-to-lead outreach and is not a replacement for marketing software
