What differentiates Salesloft from other similar products?

Salesloft has a breadth of services that other platforms do not have. It gives the ability to call, record calls, listen to live calls for managers, and all analytics to help with conversation intelligence. It also allows you to create cadences, where you can call, email SMS, and reach out to prospects on LinkedIn, all on the same platform. It also gives you the ability to record meetings and sync your calendar with outlook calendars. You can also pause all the cadences when you are away and resume when you come back.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite has to be the live call listening feature which allows managers to listen to calls as reps are calling prospects.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing I dislike about Salesloft so far.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend anyone looking to buy the product to do research and see if it is the right tool for their needs.

What differentiates Salesloft from other similar products?

Price point for value, customer service, and innovation. I appreciate that they constantly update their platform to with new tools without passing the cost of those developments onto their current customer base.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Time management, productivity, and efficiency. Correctly utilizing this program enables a significantly shorter ramp up for new hires to move from trainee to revenue generator.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The mapping to Salesforce should be more automated, it is incredibly manual and yet not very customizable. For example, some clients within our industry use two different email addresses, and as such we have a Custom Field within Salesforce for Secondary Email address. SalesLoft is limited to using only one.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Spend time building and testing a lot of cadence variations and familiarize yourself with the analytics provided. Data is your best friend when it comes to shortening sales cycles.

What differentiates Salesloft from other similar products?

I have no experience with similar services such as Outreach, but I can't see them differing too much.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use. Once cadences are created and leads are imported from CRM, the process is simple and easy. Massive amounts of time are saved versus individually sending emails/ making dials. The UI/UX is also very pleasing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Really wish there was a way to answer incoming calls to the provided number within salesloft. It can forward calls to your phone, but then you aren't sure who is calling, which would be very handy.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a tool that will increase the speed and productivity of your sales team tremendously, as well as providing good analytics to make sure outreach efforts are going in the right direction.
