Salesloft does a lot for communication enablement. They make it easy to communicate and see the value of communications in great reports.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease of integration to Salesforce

What do you dislike most about this product?

The fact that it wasn't directly built into salesforce.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

In some cases, CRMs have this built-in now and it wasn't the case always. Salesloft is a great tool but identify your needs prior to.

What differentiates Salesloft from other similar products?

Salesloft has a great user experience. It's easy to use, efficient, and its cadence feature makes email campaigns so simple.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the engagement tracking. I primarily used it to keep track of engagements that the sales team was making, so looking at overall progress was great.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I had a hard time with team cadences. The tag feature was a bit more difficult than I would have liked it to be, and I think there could be more efficient methods of organization.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Salesloft is excellent for engaging prospects, keeping track of pipeline, and increasing productivity and visibility!
