What differentiates Salesloft from other similar products?
It is much different than ZoomInfo and more of a relationship tool.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Rhythm is a great tool! Onboarding was amazing!
What do you dislike most about this product?
Support is hard to connect with and doesn't really understand the issues. No phone numbers are listed to call. Can take a few days to get a response.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a great product, especially if you have a contact database already.

What differentiates Salesloft from other similar products?
Very intuitive, easy to use Integration with all relevant tools (Salesforce etc.) Very reliable Cadences can be easily built and configured The import of leads from CRM to a cadence is pretty much straightforward Reputation of the company
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
E-mail cadences A/B variants of e-mails per step Reporting on open rates, reply rates etc. Automated meeting booking function Integration with Salesforce Easy to use Huge time saver, increases efficiency
What do you dislike most about this product?
No possibility to add automated LinkedIn messages as a step in the cadences (example: e-mail 1, e-mail 2, LinkedIn message 1 ...) LinkedIn connection has to be done manually - a little annoying

What differentiates Salesloft from other similar products?
I think some of the features like call recordings, analytics enable reps get better on the phone. I love how the cadences are in front of the dashboard to avoid confusion. It lays out your next steps with timely reminders. Overall, I have had a great experience with Salesloft except the new feature rollout "Rhythm" which is super convoluted
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Cadence reminders, call recordings top my list especially when you are working hundreds of leads, Salesloft dashboard makes it super easy to not miss any touch points and can automate some of the steps like email. Another feature that I like is how you can make automated cadences to fire bulk emails to your leads - that's been a game changer for me
What do you dislike most about this product?
Not a fan of the new product Rhythm - I found it is so confusing in the implementation days and the sentiment was the same across the teams. I took me a while to get used to it but if I could change something, it would be the new product launch. Loved the good old days of simplicity
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are looking to take your sales process to the next level, look no further Sales loft has been instrumental in my success as a sales rep, it takes time to get used to it but once you have it set up, it runs like a well oiled machine. Beware of Rhythm (not a big fan myself)
