The customer service of salesloft team is really helpful, in the initial time they provided their full support in setup and demo procedure.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The call analytics feature came really handy for our team as majority of the work is around that only.

The pricing could have been more competetive... just that

It saves so much time and its features are very easy to use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Its user interface is very simple and straight forward and you can do so many things with a click of a button.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes (very rarely) it goes down.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I think if you are on the sales side of an org and need a great tool for outreach and for tracking performance this is it.
